Once the investor you have referred has completed on a project with us, you will be transferred your referral bonus.
The maximum you can earn is up to 2% of the project valuation. So if your referred investor completes on a property investment for £100,000, you could earn up to £2000 for that referral.
There is no limit on how many investors you can refer.
