This project was ambitious with designs drawn up for a new build 3-bedroom bungalow. This matched the properties in the local area and we had solid historic data on how much we could expect to sell the property for once complete (our exit strategy for this project)
We allocated 12 months from start to finish of the design and build. This would tie in with our investors expected return date of investment and would give us time to market the property for sale once built.
